These terms apply when you use this website, the AdWalk app or our advertising service (“AdWalk”, “we”, “us”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Accounts
Accounts are created by our team. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Your ads
- You must own, or have permission to use, everything in your ad.
- Ads must be lawful, truthful and suitable for a public place. No illegal, misleading, hateful, adult or harmful content.
- We may refuse, pause or remove any ad that breaks these rules or that we reasonably think could cause harm or complaints.
The service
- Our screens are carried by runners through markets and public places. Where and when a screen runs depends on its schedule, the runner, the device and the weather. Screens can be offline or off for periods.
- We record each play. We don't promise a particular audience size or any sales result.
- Prices can change. A booked ad keeps the rate it was booked at; new bookings use the current rate.
Payments and refunds
Payments are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: all payments are final and can only be used to run ads.
Our responsibility
We provide AdWalk with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the ad concerned.

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use AdWalk after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
